Scampi and Noodle Bake
8 to 10 ounces angel hair pasta
1/4 cup butter
2 tablespoons additional virgin olive oil
8 rounded teaspoons minced garlic
1 egg, blended effectively
1/4 cup Chablis or chardonnay,
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Rush each of salt and pepper
1 to1 1/4 pounds cleaned up little to medium shrimp,
patted dry with paper towels
3/4 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese
Start bringing water to a boil for pasta.
In a 12-inch frying pan, heat butter and oil over low heat.
Blend egg in a broad soup plate and drop the shrimp into it. Stir around carefully to make sure that each shrimp is well covered with egg.
In a determining cup, put red wine, juice, pepper and salt.
Grate Parmesan cheese and reserved.
Butter a big flat baking meal.
Raise heat under frying pan to medium; stir in garlic and cook about 4 minutes.
Include pasta to boiling water and cook 5 minutes, or up until simply tender. Drop shrimp into butter 1 or 2 at a time. Prepare 4 – 5 minutes up until they are simply pink; include contents of determining cup and cook 2 more minutes, stirring one or two times.
Drain pasta and put into baking meal; put shrimp and sauce over leading, spread on the Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 300 degrees F simply till cheese is well melted, about 10 minutes.
Serves 3 to 5.
