Fish Fillets in Wine
ACTIVE INGREDIENTS:
2 pound fish fillets
1 cup dry gewurztraminer
1 little onion, sliced
3/4 cup sliced mushrooms, if wanted
Salt and newly ground black pepper to taste
2 tablespoon white sauce
1/4 cup cream
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 tablespoon sliced parsley
PREPARATION:
Pre-heat the oven to 350? F. Butter a baking meal. Organize the onion and mushrooms on the bottom of the meal and spray with salt and pepper.
Location the fish on the top, include the red wine and cover with buttered waxed paper or foil. When evaluated with a fork, bake till the fish flakes quickly.
