Chris’s Italian Smokey Onion Burger
1 1/2 pounds hamburger
1 yellow onion, sliced and divided
1 lot green onions, diced and divided
1/2 red onion, sliced
1/4 cup Italian experienced bread crumbs
1/4 teaspoon Liquid Smoke, hickory taste
1/2 cup red white wine
1/2 teaspoon Italian spices
Mix Liquid Smoke at a loss white wine.
Location all other components in bowl and blend well. Include red wine mix.
Grill hamburgers till done to your complete satisfaction.
Saut � 1/2 of the green onions with 1/2 the yellow onions in 3 tablespoons butter with 2 tablespoons red white wine vinegar and 2 teaspoons sugar included.
Serve hamburgers in buns with sliced up red onion, chopped tomato and caramelized onions.
Location all other components in bowl and blend well. Include red wine mix. Forming into 6 patties. Cool for 1 hour, covered.
