Chris’s Italian Smokey Onion Burger
PARTS:
1 1/2 pounds hamburger
1 yellow onion, sliced and divided
1 lot green onions, diced and divided
1/2 red onion, sliced
1/4 cup Italian skilled bread crumbs
1/4 teaspoon Liquid Smoke, hickory taste
1/2 cup red gewurztraminer
1/2 teaspoon Italian spices
PREPARATION:
Mix Liquid Smoke at a loss gewurztraminer.
Area all other elements in bowl and mix well. Consist of red white wine mix.
Grill hamburgers till done to your total fulfillment.
Saut � 1/2 of the green onions with 1/2 the yellow onions in 3 tablespoons butter with 2 tablespoons red gewurztraminer vinegar and 2 teaspoons sugar consisted of.
