Kia ora everyone! In This Cranial Nerve Exam, Doctor Shiver will test your 5 senses beginning with vision, smell and taste. You will then close your eyes for the hearing and touch tests, and then be guided to have a sleep. There is also a small focus test with “follow my instructions” and blink test to have you feeling extra relaxed and falling asleep FAST!

How did you get into ASMR?
I started listening to ASMR videos when I was in high school, and in the summer after I graduated I decided to try making ASMR content. I stopped while at university and started creating again in 2021.
