Cabernet Sauvignon, Paso Robles, California
Look is dark purple-ruby core with lighter rim and moderately discolored, pronounced splits forming on the glass.Aromas of ripe
red and black blackcurrant, cherry and berry fruit, cooking flavor and wonderful tobacco with red and black licorice, oak, chocolate and refined camphor notes.Ripe black cherry, cassis and red fruit, cooking spice and oak accents on access with sustained ripe key and mainly black fruit, dried out fall leaf, cocoa and an enjoyable tip of camphor on the mid-palate into the finish. This is a great go-to red for several pairings ranging from
a barbecue of artisanal cheese and charcuterie, a Philly cheese steak sandwich, to a classic Entrecôte( steak)Bordelaise with pommes frites.Vintage might vary
