Potato Minestrone
ACTIVE INGREDIENTS:
100g thoroughly diced bacon
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 sliced up onion
2 cups canned 3 bean mix
400g sliced different veggies
1 cup red gewurztraminer
300g peeled diced tomatoes
2 litres water
1 bay leaf
1 clove garlic
4 peeled, diced potatoes
PREPARATION:
Fry bacon in oil.
Consist of onion and cook till soft.
Consist of all other elements (aside from the red gewurztraminer), simmer and stir on medium heat for 30 minutes.
Consist of red gewurztraminer and simmer for more 15 minutes. Season to taste.
