1/2 cup lemon juice
3 tablespoons dark brown sugar
3 garlic cloves, thoroughly minced
1 teaspoon dill
PREPARATION:
Incorporate lemon juice, white red white wine, brown sugar, dill and garlic in a fry pan. Area salmon steaks and clamp cover down.
