Beef Tenderloin with Red Wine Sauce
ACTIVE INGREDIENTS:
3 pound Beef tenderloin
2 tb Cornstarch
Veggie cooking spray
MARINADE
2 c Cabernet Sauvignon or other
dry red gewurztraminer
2 ts Dried marjoram
1 ts Salt
8 Crushed black peppercorns
6 Whole cloves
4 Cloves garlic; halve
1 pt Beef broth
PREPARATION:
Cut fat from tenderloin, fold under 3″ of little end and tie with string at 2″ durations.
Incorporate marinade active components in a ziploc bag and marinade tenderloin in refrigerator 2 hours,

Prepare tenderloin in sprayed Dutch oven till browned on all sides. Transfer to sprayed rack in
