An event is doing well when there is growth. While a lot of craft shows have had less attendance in the previous year, the annual Tallahassee Wine and Food Festival still went on with around 750 attendees. It was presented by the First Commercial Insurance Company, and it has become Tallahassee’s premier event. This year, we expect the events to be sold out once again, as it continues to grow.

The festival starts off with a Wine Dinner on the first night. This event features an elegant cocktail reception, a live auction, and of course, the wine dinner. You get you enjoy a full course that comes with an array of Italian wines. Celebrity auctioneers (who will be revealed at a later date!) will rally the bids on a wide selection of auction items.

A cooking class is one of the featured events and it features an internationally recognized chef. Anyone who signs up will have the chance to pick one class from a list of three different courses that have to do with French cooking. You’ll enrich your skills by learning new tricks from the master chefs. You can enjoy a fabulous brunch and the celebrity chefs will present cooking demonstrations afterwards that. You may also want to purchase cookbooks from the event.

Interested in wine? Learn from the best in the business, and attend wine classes that deal with how to cook with it, taste it, and make it from the most advanced connoisseur. Have a sample of select wines from “Down Under”, including an assortment of over 200 distinct wines from all over the world.

Finally, be inspired by fine dining and wine tasting, and complement these sensations by feeding the eyes and touch. Have a look at the craft show, and see unique works screened by qualified jurors.
