Not only do white wine and red wine taste different....but the different varietals of white and red wines taste different as well.  However, if you don&#039;t notice any differences, don&#039;t worry about it.  If you like the wine, drink it.  That&#039;s is the most important thing.  (Likewise, if you don&#039;t like the wine, pour it out!)
