Measure out 5 1/2 oz and decide for yourself These glasses are nicely designed and seem to be of good quality but I think they are small for white wine glasses. They put me more in mind of sherry. However, one could argue that these glasses will assist with portion control and the recommended limit of 4 oz daily. They were very well packed with lots of bubble wrap individually, and the box was nestled inside another box with some bubble wrap.
